I was struggling to send 2 boxes and i hv contacted n number of courier services from safe express and many more courier company. At end I called DTDC thinking let me confirm if they send this big boxes. And within 1hr my boxes were picked from home, packed nicely and all done Just in 1 hr. Where other courier company kept me hangging for a week. Especially Bala from this DTDC was so cooperative and quick in responding. DTDC hv always been my fav for any courier. But this was completely incredible of them... In such hard time still giving such amazing customer service. Call them for any courier and u wont be disappointed. It was pleasure to do bussiness with u... Their commitment towards customer is really commendable.

This branch is in additional too the main branch which is located in mettupalayam, pondy. The service is quite good there as they respond to all your queries patiently and they are trying to help you with your issues too.
