It was an last moment booking I missed my flight i booked a room for spending night there Oyo confirmed my booking and once i reached there property manager denied to give room in charges what I already paid to Oyo When I connected to Oyo they denied to provide alternative and asked me to cancel the booking in midnight i mean literally midnight 12:15 AM Very thanks to Oyo i learn my lesson don't trust any online aggregation app just book the from official website of property or go old school by calling and booking your stay Never ever gonna book hotel from Oyo from very next day i reported the issue to company we cancelled all the corporate contract with Oyo Now going with Chain hotels only

One So dirty and small that you cannot even breath . .and other little better but extra chargeable .. Staff don't have manner to behave and talk . Very bad hotel..rude hotel staff .location is not good located between truck stand i booked frm oyo but refused to accept booking and asked me for double rate.or increase tarriff. very bad room untidy dirty .staff is not professional and looks like mawali gunda type .do not go with it. price is lower than others on oyo but its not worth a single penny .people are drinking and smoking inside the hotel

we booked our room on 15th may for 17th to 19th may. When we reach there our room was allotted to local couple for few hours. When we asked the owner about that he can't give proper reason and was answering randomly. The staff was rude and mannerless. staff asked money for cigarette and chakna(literally). The room are very suffocating with no ventilation. Bedsheets were dirty. No RO drinking water facility. Washroom and drainage system isn't proper. We called to OYO customer care service but they didn't respond us. Bad location. Worst service and rooms were even worst
