My docket no V93974139 misrouted by team and suffered loss of Rs. 7 lacs. No one ready to take responsibility. Disgusting service. Was booked on DTDC Plus (premium service) (Delivery promised in 72 hours. as off now 120 hours passed, still not delivered.

There is no option for a zero star for DTDC Manali service wt i wana give them for their service and rood behaviour and Named Chetna who said there is no service for Tibetan colony near Delivery coirier office they serve only market area.while i paid in full for parcel to delive in DTDC Lite X79572351. Its not first time i am facing this issue with them. Last time my approx 1 Lac rupees laptop was there for 4-5 days they didn't deliver and even no call when i went there said the boy is on leave. First of all why i should request them to deliver the parcel. While we paid to deliver in city area within half KM. And as already mentioned landmark Delivery courier office isn't it inuff. Very poor service.
