I have been using Courier Force quite frequently and have been very satisfied with the service provided. Last week, however, there was an unfortunate glitch which was immediately attended to and sorted out by them. Here, I have to make a special mention of Mr Sameer Pathan who was so polite, courteous and obliging and promptly sorted out the issue.

One of the worst courier service. Have sent one courier through them on 05.oct.2019 to sahibabad which should reach the very next day but to my surprise same not delivered till 10.oct.2019, when contacted the dtdc office they were not taking any responsibility for this delay and explaining the holidays unnecessarily. The monetary losses because of this pathetic service is also appreciable. Strongly not recommended DTDC.
