Horrible and fraud dealing, guys don't iopt for this logistics such irresponsible answers they and the charges changes words for words, it was terrible experience. Such a harsh answers from their customer executives, the very first I called them he gave seamless answers then I went to office, their head gave polite replies and assured of delivering items for a fixed amount and then they totally gave different answers as customer shall come take self transportation but this would have mentioned on my visit meanwhile days passed they charge holding charges, they promised to delivery the items 5 days back but keep on saying tomorrow at last they said its impossible, and changed their words saying we thought of delivery but we can't do now. So my best suggest to choose other logistics who can give meaningful replies and customer reception oriented and assured answers or promises.
