Worst customer service. While they insist customers to bring all ID proof like company seal, Aadhar card etc for delivery, they commit glaring mistakes like in LR copy, both consigner and consignee name address are same. No ownership when highlighted. Further , while they collect hamali charges , in addition to charges mentioned in LR, they do not load the baggage. Need to pay the loadman in cash for that, else we have to load on our own. Loadmen and office staff are rude

Loading person takes decision whether to send or not the meterials. Loadmen are decision makers. They are behaving like owners. Supervisor is roaming like doll and inmature. Except manager others are talking like mad and rude... Worst experience... One star is too much for this...rude response. Too much cost.
