They are big cheaters,i had booked a consignment on 06/12/2022 in 37 sector DTDC office and charged 280/- inr for express delivery 🚚 but on 08/12/2022 it is still in Chandigarh, don't book any consignment from, here,they are big lutere and post office is best my consignment number is V94706095...check DTDC where it is....you basturd people...

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE there is a woman who does not know how to attend to customers. I had ordered a product from Amazon and this DTDC was supposed to deliver it. The delivery guy kept cancelling my delivery so I contacted the customer service number. There is a woman who answered the call and does not have the basic etiquette to speak. She is rude and crude. Started yelling at me that there was no phone number written on the parcel. That is the seller's fault. I had provided all necessary details in Amazon while ordering and I was talking to this woman very politely and she started screaming on the phone and cut my call. What kind of service is this? We are working and are tired but this is not the way to speak. You customer service ppl have one job to do and you can't even do that nicely. Ekdum bekar worse of the worse log ho tum sbh

Worst experience with DTDC every time I’m facing the same issue …couriers is delaying by 1 week some time more than a week which is not acceptable at all.. This is really very serious issue … couriers guys are so rude too they don’t even know how to speak with customers .
