Unpleasant Experience - The whole of the management team at Siliguri is extremely rude and the management encouraged hooligan behavior and gathered all to intimate us for having asked for proper bills for the money being asked to deliver our goods. There is no proper work ethics and when approached the manager , he himself started off heated. The whole team is involved in corruption. Would not recommend the transport service for Siliguri. The one star is only for to be able to post the review as its a minimum to give.
