Rooms and service were good and comfortable. Spacious rooms, AC and Non AC options available. The room consists of cupboard/storage space, Television and a Table. The room does not include any toiletries or additional accessories. Drinking water is available via RO Purifier, to fill up your own bottles. Hot water and Normal water available for drinking. Hot water is available in washrooms anytime. The location is slightly on the interior side of the locality. Its not easy to find an auto or cab rental or hotels.

A quick stay hotel with nicely maintained small rooms for short visits. Perks Hot water, towels and soap. Housekeeping will come up and clean promptly. Just remind them what you need.

When we reached the facility no room was available, and no refund was provided. The owner then made accommodation in the hotel near by in which we had to pay triple the price we payed for the first booked room. Very disappointing by the faculty, when enquired about why room was not available as we have booked prior, owner says it is problem with oyo. Total we had to pay 4 times the amount for a single room for 1 night. Suspicious how the owner behaved also as we reached there by night and we had no where to go it was sure that we would choose what he suggests.

Pathetic room service, worst behaviour of manger, he didn't have any manners to communicate with the customers. I wish I could rate it in minus, the place is only for unmarried couple and boys. They made this property for 10am -7pm and charges 1008 for non AC and 1400for AC rooms. They prefer the stay of unmarried couple. I went there with my family and my booking was through Oyo,they said we didn't take bookings through Oyo. After so much arguments they allowed us to stay as,I was traveling with a two year old and senior citizens it was so disturbing for me. After near about two hours conversation with Oyo customer support I got the confirmation of my booking. And the very next we have to move to the hospital there it takes us one hour extra to there check out time. They forcing us to pay 500 rs. For that extra hour,we don't have any option left so we had to pay the amount. I asked the manager to clean the room they said we do it in 48hours. Never book

I booked a delux ac room through Goibibo app.When I checked in the hotel they provided only a 3 sharing room for stay.The staffs are very rude and not considering as a customer.Not recommended this hotel to anyone

Worst experience with this hotel. We booked this hotel through Goibibo. During check in they denied our booking by saying they do not have any tie up with Goibibo and demanded extra money if we want to continue there in the same hotel.And they did not refunded the money that we paid through goibibo.Never ever go for any online bookings for this hotel.

I will not recommend this place. Booked via make my trip online app. But asked for extra charge for check in by the staff. Other customers also have mentioned the same issue in the reviews. It means other customers also faced the same unethical behaviour from staff. No space for car parking. AC was not working. Totally disappointed. Very poor.

Very Fraud Hotel and Management. They accept booking from all online hotel services and accept partial payment, but when you reach hotel, they deny the room and charge extra 1000+tax. This hotel is located 10 km away from Coimbatore station so the taxi fare itself is around 700 rs. So simply have no choice other than take room. Fraudsters !!!!

Please don't get tricked by the scam played by this hotel management and Oyo. I am from Kerala, This is my true experience on the very first day at Coimbatore, especially at this Hotel. Today, 07.07.2022, me (+2 frnds) had made a booking through Oyo and made a partial payment for confirmation. Both Oyo and Hotel confirmed the room. I took a rickshaw, paid 250rs auto rickshaw charge and reached the Kayal Residency. But to my surprise, the hotel manager denied the room and was asking for 1200rs additional giving blunder excuses like they r not with Oyo, they have new tariff etc etc. Imagine urself in a scenario lik this, middle of night, unknown place, no man's land with family, No one to help to complain. I tried reaching Oyo, they were so reluctant and irresponsible in helping me. They said u can cancel the booking. I wanted to register a customer court complaint regarding this, but in Coimbatore, who can help whom to ask. Didn't know. This was my first day in Coimbatore and probably the last too.

If there was a zero star i would have given that, absolutely no hospitality, went there spoketo them by 2pm and they committed a room to check in by 9pm, followed their instructions left my bag inside a room and waited and came back by 9pm to see my bag and belongings out of the cupboard in a hallway. They were not allowed to touch my personal belongings from where i was asked to leave. Manager was absolutely irresponsible and lathergic about it. I came back at 9pm waited for half an hour till he finished his dinner to tell me they don't have a room for me. When security called so many times he din bother to tell that there were no rooms. he was so sarcastic like get out no rooms and take your belongings and bike from here Very bad experience, ppl here are known for their hospitality these guys have just nothing, no room is still fine but there is a way to say that.
