My item is shipped from chennai and its reached Tirunelveli in 1 day. I received call from Tirunelveli office and they asked to collect in office or advised to wait for another 3 days as my area is outer. It is just 10-15 km from Tirunelveli. I am not happy as item comes from chennai in 1 day and wait for 3 days for just 15 km. Do not send anything through ST as they do not deliver in outer area. They can deliver in city area only

Shipped my package back to the sender even after informing them to stop the return on the same day when they initiated the return. They said they called me the day before they returned the item. But i didn't any receive any such calls on the previous day.
