booked hotel for 2 nights for 630 on oyo , when reached hotel they said they cant allow us to stay for two nights and said balance is 400 more , i contacted oyo and they said hotel automatically increased price after booking , so he said can i make another booking for you for 509 and previous amount will get refunded , i thought things will get resolved but again the hotel increased price and refused to give hotel entry , on further argue they allow us to stay for only one night after holding our ids , so in total we paid 1139 and stayed for one night only and had to argue for id return as the manager wanted more money , the hotel manager or owner was not cooperative , despite getting money for more than two nights he refused to provide us stay and was trying to make more money by refusing to give us our ids .
