ECOM express is legitimately the worst courier service I've had the unfortunate opportunity to work with. They do not call you, and if you try to call them you'd find out that their customer service is practically non-existent. Once your ordered item arrives at their warehouse they'll make no attempt to contact you personally. They'll give out vapid excuses to delay your order from being delivered, such as "address unlocatable" and "recipient not at home" all of which are straight up lies. Since they have no customer service, you're just left in a deep state of anger and regret for choosing an outlet that even supports them. They're an uncouth incompetent sub par group of individuals who honestly don't deserve to be in business. If you're a business who would hire courier services, please refrain yourself from associating with these people.

Such a fraud delivery company.If your product is booked through this service the it is by default understood that it will not reach you. Delivery executives will not call you nor you can track them.My address is next to their office but they didn't deliver the product with a reason Address unlocateable.God alone knows why the address next to their own office not locateable.
