Extremely terrible service. They conveniently cancel order without calling or reaching out to the customers. I’ve been waiting for an order for 3 days they never gave me an update about it. Just a terrible terrible experience.

Like rating.... do we really need to do rating to them they don't even deserve it like why their service are very poor and actually keeping this service in darjeeling I don't think so their is any need of them in here.... their are much much better service than them

1st ever, mostly deal with Ekart and BDart but Ecom is first to me, it's just close to Darjeeling EPFO office, The gentle man sitting at office was 5**** employee , i just forget his name but he is supper hero and too too helpful, he wear glass and he follows all protocols and SOPs of the company but made work done of mine

Worst experience in terms of delivery.I have been been receiving deliveries from other companies never had any issue but with ECOM EXPRESS every time is the same.Many a times i had to go to there office physically and collect my stuff as the delivery agents cancel the delivery without calling.The office agents are worse they are so ill mannered they treat u as if they doing a favour and not helpful at all . ECOM express should either change there staff or closed down there office at least we should not suffer becoz of them and they shud not forget they have jobs becoz we order 😡😡😡😡😡

Worst courier in Darjeeling. They send out for delivery message daily morning and in night rescheduled by customer. What the hell do they think of themselves. Harassing customers for their courier is not their right. Worst customer care and casual people who don't even tend to deliver important items like medicines on time... Delhivery and bluedart is much better. Better cancel your orders if any e commerce site is handling the parcel to Ecom for Darjeeling delivery
