Very worst service always used to raise a complaint to get my parcel this is not first time I'm doing like always I have to raise complaint also they won't inform if there delay but in portal they updated as out for delivery and I got my parcel after 10 days post they updated out for delivery and the next time courier person called and informed that they unable to deliver on the same day so he said he will be delivering the parcel next day morning itself so next day morning when I called he promised he will deliver after that there is no update till evening again I called and asked him he replied that parcel won't be delivered on the same day and he updated in portal that I have requested for another day delivery. Kindly dont go for dtdc they always used to do like this the worst service I have ever seen.

The worst Courier Service in Coimbatore. This is third time they don't want to come all the way to your home to deliver, instead they ask you to come to somewhere on their route to accept the package. The customer service girl rude as hell and the guy who deliver the package have no communication to interact with customer. Absolutely worst service then any other courier service in this area. Avoid send package through them.

Worst delivery..I couriered to Chennai on 17/03/18 they said me it will get delivered by tomorrow (19/03/18) 3pm.. but it got delivered today (21/03/18) 6pm.. worst service.. bloody liers..
