Pathetic serivice... They promised a day or two delivery if chosen premium service.. I did and it's been 4 days and it's still in transit. After calling the customer care, I don't know why on earth they collected the consignee address again from me. Does it mean they don't care about the customer? So, moral of the story - I wasted extra money, time, peace and more importantly, I lost the purpose of taking the premium service.
