Arrogant staff. I went there for a delivery. They didn't care. It took half an hour. They asked for copy of aadhar. They don't like customers taking godown delivery. They give customer's number to the auto driver. He calls and asks if you want home delivered. The staff gets commission this way. At last they tore my package due to poor handling but showed no regret.
