Don't apply kodur post office passport seva because it's take soo much time and there is no respect for the people always shouts at them without any reason worst officers i have ever seen. Especially they don't know how to respect public and they behaves like we went for free application even we kept lot of money on application if they don't like thier jobs they should quit from it otherwise they have to clarify customer douts and process. Applied a month back for re-issue. Status is still shown as "Application has been submitted along with applicable fees and documents." Not getting when the police verification will be done and there is problem with grievance reporting webpage, it is not allowing for creating a grievance. There is no contact nuber of POPSK Kodur office and RPO Vijayawada is not answering phone and sent email to RPO Vijayawada, no response from it. Not sure how to get response from these guys.

The passport office staff are so coperative they will clarify every doubt of you i finished my application verification less than 20 min.I completed my police verification in just a week and I completed my certificate verification on jul 11th and got my passport on aug 4th. Who want the passport with in a moth u can book your slot here why because u can get slot very easily just in 10 to 15 days.

Its been more than one and half month I applied the passport,till now i didn't get passport. Application status showing as police verification report under review at regional passport office,same status showing from past 1 month.I tried to raise grievances too in the portal, but portal has some problem, so could not do that as well.its better to do in tirupati or chennai.Do not waste your time here. Update on 1st June 2022: After 2 and half months, I got my passport.,🙂. So, I hope every one understood that if you need passport quickly you should not visit this office.

Very late process. For few people taking morethan 1 month whereas in regional Passport office, people are getting passports within 1 week. Typical government office type, doesn't look like public private partnership with TCS.

In this passport office we can get appointment faster than remaining passport offices but the passport process is very very late and I completed my documents verification in passport office 2 months ago till now there is no change in passport status its showing like application is under review at the Regional Passport Office, when contacted them they said it takes 3 more months to get passport.So I am advicing u to go to tirupathi or kadapa passport offices to get passport fast.

Very late process. Delay in submition of application. I have booked the slot for 19th done application for reissue and online status shows file submitted on 24th. It's been 34 days after submitting still no change in status. Request everyone to reach out to tirupati or vijaywada...!

Office opens in between 9 AM - 9:15 AM . OFFICERS are friendly and polite in nature . It takes maximum 30 minutes to complete the process after entering into the office room. You need appointment receipt , original SSC Mark list and original Aadhar card and also a xerox copy of each. Photos not required they will capture the photo of us in the office itself .
