Very worst experience. Visited courier office and enquired about whether they accept food items parcel. After confirmation handed over the parcel on 1st of April. On 3rd evening, on tracking it is found that it is in transit and not reached Solapur which is just 100Kms 3 hrs journey. Tried to contact on land phones mentioned on way bill, both are not working. Visited personally, got reply "the parcel is in transit and will be delivered on 5th. Visited again on evening of 7th. Seen my parcel in the same place as seen day one. Got reply that due to lock down not moved further, so parcel is taken back and handed over to me including courier charges. Shame on Moto of courier service, for seven days parcel was liying on same place at Vijayapura.
