DTDC express limited refused to deliver in my area since they don't cover it. However they returned the package without even calling me that am willing to collect it from courier shop. Acceptable it's bot in coverage area but they could have called and asked for confirmation before returning.

Booked a big consignment of 34 Kgs from Barh, Patna to Trichy, Tamilnadu. Almost broke everything in the boxes. Damaged a lot of items by careless handling of cargo. Booked a complaint, no response for the last 20 days. Poor to say the least. Their online customer service has not cared to even call back or reply to the mail.

This courier service is not customer friendly. The courier boy was very rough and took my video with conversation, when we enquired about, why they are not delivering to Ezhil nagar, area. Not worth for even single star. When I called Trichy local customer service and told, I am going to complain, Madam Fyrose said, "you may complain sir",. It seems, they are not bothered about customer service.
