These people are trained liers. They don't even leave their room and comments delivery attempt failed. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 18th of September. Got a text message early morning of 24th october 2020 at 8:28am that my product (waiting since 10 days of the order) will be delivered. Got another text message at 9:34am that product has been delivered. I stay with my mom and dad only and currently working from home, no product was delivered. No calls received to validate location if needed. The ecom website also shows as product delivered. The customer care asked me to wait for 72 hours for an order i have already paid for. Clearly the worst courier service and looking at the comments its visible that the conpany does not care about the reviews of the consumers. Will be visiting the jamshedpur center to check for my product soon. Ecom, do something about the consumers through whom you earn for putting chapati on your and your family's plate
