The courier guy was totally rude and didn't answer when I asked why he can't deliver in the mentioned address and tried lecturing me on how I should collect it from some place HE CAN COME.Please train your employees! People are paying for your service. Your are NOT DOING A CHARITY. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I AM USING COURIER SERVICE. SO I KNOW THERE ARE BETTER SERVICE PROVIDERS.

I have never had such a bad experience in my life. The lady sitting there thinks that the parcel coming to us will be taken from her house. I called dtdc office when the parcel that arrived on Oct 26 was still not received till Oct 29 and no call came. On the basis of saying that the parcel is there and it has arrived, is it polite to say that it has been returned when I went to pick up the parcel? When I called Kollam dtdc office while standing there, they said that it has not been returned and is still in Karunagappally office. Then the lady sitting at the Karunagappally office took the parcel and gave it to me and said that if I have the facility, I will give it to you and that this is not the device brought from your house (this comment is after giving me the parcel which I bought with cash). There were other comments from them that cannot be posted here, and I have a record of everything. I let it go just because she was a lady.

Booked DTDC COURIER on 5/10/2021 to Kerala, Karunagappally BECAUSE OF MY URGENCY I SEND THROUGH SO CALLED DTDC fast delivery service costing 280 rs . Normal DTDC COURIER CHARGES is 160 or 170 rs , they told it will reach in 2 or 3 days . Today when I am typing the comment date is 11/ 10/2021. Till DTDC COURIER not reached more over no response from DTDC . EARLIER ONES THIS THING HAPPENED TO ME BUT I THOUGHT ONCE IN A WHILE IT WILL HAPPEN . But DTDC IS CHEATING OPENLY WITH OUT ANY SHAME OR GULTIY or with any professional ethics. IT IS REGULAR THING FOR DTDC COURIER. Plz don't USE DTDC COURIER SERVICE IT IS MY EXPERIENCE U CAN CHECK THE DETAILS BELOW. PLZ DON'T ENTERTAIN THIS KIND OF CHEATER BECAUSE IF WE GIVE CHANCES ONLY THEY CAN CHEAT AND GROW THERE BUSSINES . Fairly great customer service.🙂 Contrary to most private centres in Kerala they're not appetite for money. ✔️ Even though they can compel me to send my courier through their express service, which is costlier than the normal one, they said me the true time difference between both for inter-state service and helped me to save my money.💖 Thanks a lot! 😀
