Never book this hotel by any app, once you arrive they say we don't agree this booking & will tell a big story. If its late night night then intentionally they will do and make you book on their desk with higher price. But i didnt fall in their trip, went out around 11pm and booked other hotel. So make sure you decide accordingly.

Very poor class. Not hygiene. Do not book with OYO as property is demanding more 1000 Rs. and on call OYO is not solved that issue and not given any refund even after so many calls for making solutions of this problem by customer to OYO but not have taken any care to solve that issue.Even booking is made after confirming with Alisha a representative of OYO and then within 10 minutes OYO representative named Indrajeet who put call on hold for 2 hours and not solved that problem. Even after every day reminder till 7 days OYO not resolved this problem. In corbate, mussurie and Banaras this issue is happend with me so do not trust on OYO as they are cheaters. And do not trust on this property as this property is not clean and not hygiene. Cautious are not good just given 100 grm cotton pillows which are not covered and having oily spots on there.Also gizzar is not working.

The location was good 👍.there was near dheradun railway station 🚉. Room was very bad 😔 । Dirty toilet and room was so mashup। please 🙏🥺 don't book।।।i was regret।।।।।।। don't do this।।।।।only location was good dheradun railway station।।।।

The pics shown in the Google is simply different than reality.. I too had paid 280 approx amt from agoda as discount price but then when I went to check in the person said there is some issue with online booking amt and took 500 rs cash.. so that there would be no record of extra amt paid.. as his responsibility he should have given the actual bill but he didn’t.. also the breakfast was included in my booking but no one responded and they didn’t have curtersy to ask the me.. I would say atleast have responsibility to show the actual rooms.. I think in the same amt or less amt I could got good hostel booking… Sorry to say but it’s not at all up to the mark.. pls find the fact and reality of rooms.. I have noticed in the below reviews the hotel Prabhu team is giving generic answers to contact so and so help line.. and they are working towards improvements.. but I don’t see any improvement since last review until now..

Worst experience ever,owner cancelled the booking twice and when we reached around 9:10 PM hotel owner behave rudely and in unexpected language, suggesting you to don’t book from OYO or Agoda,he asked for more tariff. When I talked to OYO support she has said that the owner spoke with her rudely and he wasn’t in the mood of listening to anyone.

Doesn't follows OYO's rules & directions. Asks more amount than your booking made online. But there asked rates are higher in comparison with their rooms & services. The rooms are really dirty and non- maintained. Dirty washrooms & poor services.

Apart from the Location nothing is good in this Hotel. Actually it cannot be termed as a hotel. Its like a lodge. No towel, soap, drinking water for guest. If you have booked online at cheap rate, then they will not allot you room and ask you to cancel. They give justification that OYO is forcefully accepting booking of their hotel. Even the nearby Dharmashalas are better than this Hotel. I have to travel a lot due to my work but this is worst budget hotel I have seen. You will definitely regret if you book this hotel. Moreover not suitable if you are staying with Family.
