Called them to enquiry about whether I can come to get my PPf passbook printed. They got annoyed with the query and said “this stuff u should come and enquiry directly not via call”. In Most of the branches (Thattanchavadi, jimper) their printers r not working for a week now. How many times should a customer walk to their office to listen them say No very lethargically. Idk wat else they want us to use the call to enquire about. She behaved too rude. Pathetic services. Private sector r more friendly than this govt ppl. There is no one to question them & v ppl r suffering.

Unbelievable!!! I mail a letter to Bangalore 3 months ago, it still hasn't reached. 2 months ago when I asked about this I was told I should have used registered mail if I wanted my mail to be delivered! WTFRACK!!!! IF YOU WANT MORE MONEY TO DELIVER MAIL THAN RAISE POSTAGE.!!!!! Also I am not receiving my mail and what mail I was getting before this pandemic was opened, photo missing. Worst mail services ever!

Well designed entrance with possibilities for people with strollers or other assistance vehicles to enter seamlessly. Beautifully painted building. It is clean everywhere. There is a ticket machine to help people avoid standing in line. Friendly customer service.

I was very disappointed by the behavior of the lady working in parcel area. She was very unprofessional, shouting at customers. I’ve got the feeling that I am definitely not welcome there. I asked her what I should do to send a parcel abroad and she told me to come tomorrow because they do packing only till 1 pm. I explained her my situation that I’m leaving Ponducherry today in the afternoon. She replied that she doesn’t care. I went to complain to the manager but unfortunately he was not present in office. Please avoid this post office in case you want to send parcel.

Worst ever postal department experience in my life.I had to make 5 trips for my aged mothers' transfer of sb account.They made her wait for 2 hours each time.the head of the banking department has no Manners, doesn't know the rules ,and incorrigible in customer service. The same procedure took me 30 minutes in other post offices in Chennai, Bangalore and elsewhere. Rude behaviour,the entire front office staff of the banking section needs ano overhaul in terms of customer service, etiquette, rules and work ethics

Very disappointed by the behavior of the unfriendly and unhelpful staff for sending a package to the parcel post center service at the Pondicherry post office. In addition to being patient, photocopies must be made in advance and outside the post office. Thanks to the regulars for their support.

It's the head post office(bureau de poste)in Puducherry and it well structured for all people like wheelchair assessable and all. They have Aadhar Enrollment and updating counters so you can update your aadhar at free of cost. Good services by the employers. If your want aadhar update you have to get the application at morning like 9'0clock. Other than that they are maintaining well. They have post bank account facilities and they have ATM but idk it's working.

Got a stamp to send a postcard home. Service was reasonable given the lack of queuing system. Letterbox outside, job done in 5 minutes. Stamps to UK cost 25 rupees.
