Worst courier service. They update the status as product is out for delivery and without attempting the delivery or not contacting the customer they update the status as " Customer refused to accept the order" at the end of the day. It has been the case since 3 days. Iam trying to reach out to them but none are answering the calls and there is no proper response from them.

I wish I could give a 0 star rating, 5 of my shipments have been stuck in their hub for more than 2 weeks, they have not delivered it. Later then cancel it saying multiple attempts have been done, in reality they don’t attempt to deliver even once.
