Very very poor in service. No customer sanctification. very very worst service. Very bad. No respect to customers. Arguing with customers. Rude behavior when they are talking with customers. I ordered from Firtscry.com for my daughter's first birthday and the shipment reached to Palasa before the tentative delivery date. It was there in Palasa Ecom express office for almost more than 10 days, they didn't attempt to delivery. Finally I went to Ecom Express office to collect the parcel, they replied me that they have returned the shipment without any reason.
