Parcel reached the Perambular station on 23rd May, 2023 and till today its not delivered and there is no information. I am tried to contact them over the phone call and no one picked up the call. Worst service. better they can close the service and save the people.

Worstttt service. When we tracked the order, it showed 'out for delivery'. But we didn't get it. Only after 2 months, my sister got the parcel, that too because of the fact that she had visited this branch in person to receive it. Why nobody is taking action towards their carelessness??!

Very very Worst courier service... The lady staff Very Worst and rude behavior with customer. We have Send medicines for emergency purpose but they are not even delivered to perambalur bus stand. They told us like they don't have any male staff to deliver the courier so asked the customers to come and collect at the office. But we went and see in office male staffs are there and they simply chitchating. Not bother about the work. Irritating stupid staffs.

As I'm in the medical profession I had an important and emergency parcel sent through this courier service. The parcel wasn't delivered to me at all even though it was at the warehouse . They didn't attend my call. After 5 days I visited them and the staff was rude and laughed at me . They misbehaved witj me and spoke rudely . And didn't let me take my parcel . 0/100 rating .
