Customer care and website say item already at the delivery centre, but it won't be. Whenever it reaches Tirupati, they will ship it the same day, the problem is it won't reach the Tirupati delivery centre but on the website, it shows it is reached.

In one word Worst delivery service and utter waste. my medicines reached my nearest location 3 days before. I provided complete address and every courier will deliver to my place with in no time and this people update in tracking with incomplete address. Worst delivery service... item reached tirupati 3 days back...they are not even attempting to deliver... instead I got msg that delivery could not be attempted due to incomplete address....I have given my complete address and all other couriers deliver to this address..utter waste...I even went there and asked for my parcel....then also they didn't give saying that they don't know in which bag it is and it will take days to open that...not just mine, thousands of parcels were piled up there...I think someone should take action against them...by god's grace, mine was cash on delivery...I can't imagine if I had done prepaid...I went there on 3 consecutive days, still didn't get...so don't ever expect them to deliver at your home....PATHETIC
