I went there on 28th November, there were 4 persons working however nobody is really concerned for customer service. They people sits next to the counter busy in talking on phone and other are were sorrouding here and there only. I waited there for 25 minutes asked them thrice but they were just next persons name but nobody is responding. Then I moved to shree maruti courier and they just did my work in 2.5 minutes. Poor services dtdc not professional
