Parcel will reach very soon to Piler dtdc... But they didn't deliver ontime... Daily we get messages like delivery attempted unsuccessful... Even we didn't get any confirmation call from them properly ... Too much of irresponsible.... Some times they said we didn't deliver to your street, it is just 500 mtrs away from courier office... If we call to them they will say i don't have idea about your street, i received this communication from my previous parcel. Finally they are not giving door delivery... After 2-3 days we will get call, we should go their... 👎👎👎👎👎

if I have zero rating option I will prefer to zero rating. because this is the worst service they are providing. they are not providing doorstep service . here working one old person he blackmail to customers like if you want your parcel come to the office and collect otherwise we will sent back your parcel.so I don't have choice so I visit the office and asked my parcel (company laptop) but he is not even respond properly he is throwing the parcels from one place to another place . he didn't care how much expensive assets are. if I have chance definitely I will break his bones but he has old-age quota so I didn't.

Be Careful with this branch, they lie to you about your package. My experience with this guy, he told me package has been sent to Tirupathi HO few days ago, when I checked with TPT HO, there was no record of my package being returned by this guy. I had to check again with Piler Branch and asked him with stern tone, only after searching drama he had given our parcel, saying technical issues. They may cheat you guys.
