Very very poor work ethics. They did not bother delivering an urgent overnight parcel the same day even though it reached Dehradun before 9 am in the morning. I had to find out their office and pick up the parcel personally. This not the first time this happened either. Avoid like plague.

Worst service provider in India. Not delivering my parcel from last 5 days, which has been booked via DTDC Plus services, we paid aprox 600 rupees for the same. It arrived on time but they are not delivering it.
