My packet reached Eluru 2 days back. God alone knows when it will be delivered. The delivery is delayed in the hope that customers who are in a hurry pick it up themselves. The customer support number is pathetic. Tests your patience just the way these people do. Going to advise my clients not to use this courier in future.

They don't care about your courier. Half the time they will be checking on their phones. Until you ask for the options available they will not say. They don't even provide secure packing option, which is available in other DTDC location in different cities. Over all do not go there, for the nonsence we have to bare with the pricing is too much.
