I wrote a mail to DTDC chairman Subhasish chakraborthy today ..Franchise holder is very rude to customers..Even i have a pharma industry in Tirupati but we never treat our customers like this..Mr.guru prasad Reddy garu i want apology ..I took this issue as my prestige i even informed to higher authorities in banglore and mumbai.behave well with customers so that u can run business in long term..
