Very bad service and unacceptable delivery boys. Especially at Sawantwadi. My orders never reach the destination without problem. Always the delivery guy tells lies that receiver is not available, even without visiting the address. The service is so unreliable that I have stopped ordering from Amazon for Vengurla location.

Ecom Express has very poor service. If you rate their service "third class", real third class will get insulted. In the morning, you will receive a message "out for delivery " and in the evening "address incomplete ". This will continue for couple of days and then one day they will deliver. Worst service ever experienced from any courier company
