I would have given 0 starts. The name is professional couriers. But they behave exactly opposite. They keep the parcels with them for many days even the emergency parcels also they don't deliver and do not even inform customer at least they received a parcel and to come and collect. Pathetic service. Never ever go to this place for any bookings.

Hopeless service keeping the Couriers with them from two days. Response from them is that they do t have bike to deliver. Don’t have sense to call the customer and request pickup up if they can’t deliver. Waste of money. Very poor. Never book here again.
