My client was shipped products using tci express on Saturday. But still product not arrived yet. And unable to track the shipment. This is frustrating. It is making me huge loss. Try to understand other situation also. Will you less amount for late charge. No one picking the calls. Nagercoil ofc number out of service. Customer care is worst. No live agents available if my product is late. I will take legal action on this as per consumer law
