Ir responsible persons including customer care service we are given option for language selection to Tamil but they gave customer service to Hindi language. Very rude customer service. Without delivering the materials they updated end user received the parcel. Totally 26 days over the parcel started from Viluppuram To Kumbakonam. As my request to public please don’t choose or suggest this courier. Useless people and service. Especially Thanjavur District services. They will not attend the customer call.

Worst courier service ever...I advise you to not deliver your parcel through DTDC..I repeat never ever..when their lazy delivery man can't even find an address they declare it non-serviceable even when it's not.. They don't give a proper reason..and when you call them they do not respond.. Their customer care was worst..

Worst service you can imagine - if u want your parcels safe do not send by dtdc - their customer service is horrible. Packages are not picked up on time, they don't get delivered on time or at the place you want. And above all the packages are thrown about without any care for the safety of contents inside.. And if you think of calling them better you forget it as you will receive no response.

Don't know how to explain. Such a big corporate order tiebup with DTDC. To send pc and monitor to employees. Many of my colleagues says that they got systems damaged condition. Luckily I got my pc safe. Worst part is they damn care about the packing inside. Just like that pc and cpu kept with one single thermal pad that's it.

I am trying reach dtdc customer care and waited for 10mins, no response.. tried to the local service contact as well.. dtdc is not having service across all places in Tamilnadu.. I am also trying to complain to Amazon as the sellers are having link with dtdc as delivery partner which is causing delays for their customers as well.. please don't suggest DTDC for any courier options.. worst service and response for addressing queries.. thx..

I would like to inform that this is one of the worst service of DTDC I have experience , they do not send the package on time, they do not respond to calls or messages, plenty of time we have contacted them and texted them but there is no use at all, i am dam sure people will stop sending courier in DTDC if we find this type of unprofessional service and not responsible this Tanjore branch has to get closed and give it for some one who is responsible to handle this agent service , I did not want to give that one start also but unfortunately I need to give cause I can't give only review

Very worst person who is working there When parcel arrived in their office didn't make a call but after 5 days when our customer went to pick up directly to their office one person only speaks very rude he oppose to deliver parcel to him.
