The staff is pathetic. They don’t know how to talk to customers. I called on 10th july them related to query for my parcel because it was showing out for delivery on 7th July, guy named Arvind picked up the call. I told him about how without even contacting the reason for not delivering was mentioned “Door closed”. He spoke rudely and said this is how it’s done if they are not able to find location. According to me they should be taught some manners. I would not recommend anyone to order from DTDC

The service is good. I was to receive a company laptop for my new WFH job. Unfortunately, the address that the company has is my permanent one where as I live somewhere else. These DTDC were descent enough to accommodate me and I received my package safe and sound. Thanks DTDC!
