Pathetic Service. No words to describe how irresponsible this unprofessional company is. They have no customer care and they will just ask consigned to call source office and then source office will tell to call Destination office. There is no central customer care number or email id. The online register complaint redirects to a page cannot be displayed and server down message without any success. Say you ship from Tamil Nadu to Bangalore , you will see that the parcel is despatched to Mumbai. Not at all sure why this occurs. How does Mumbai come in between Bangalore and Chennai. Do not use this service. Due to our weak consumer friendly Govt regulations and laws ; these type of companies are able to continue businesses. No one cares about the end customer or consumer in this country.

Never reached ..Online it always showed 'In Transit', but never revealed details of the specific office packages are help up at. The contact number given in the website clearly shows 'invalid'. Must there be anything further to add for this rating to be obvious?

Shabby, no digital receipt. The tracking number provided via manual challan won't work. It need additional prefix, which is told verbally, only if it is asked.

You should name your company 'Unprofessional Couriers'. Horrible experience! Staffs behave like they own the company. Ladies on the phone at the Changanassery office are very rude and do not know how to handle customers. They dont care if they get business or not. They just cant take any effort.
