The service is not satisfactory at all. Failed to deliver the goods on time; that too many times. The difficulties caused by epidemics and rain are understandable in the current scenario. But you delayed even when the goods came close here; in my hometown. Your argument yesterday was that it could not be delivered due to bad weather. But the weather here was pretty clear. I waited two days at the time you said. There is not even a number to call the delivery agent. That in itself is a bad sign. It is a way of evading responsibility. Finally I received the item this morning Each & every time I call the customer care executive, they said they will deliver the goods before 8pm. They also says action can be taken immediately. How are you going to deal with the time loss, financial loss and reputation I have suffered due to not getting the goods on time? To this day, in my experience, there is no establishment that performs so poorly. I will be careful not to be deceived by your service in the future

No second delivery attempt.. The delivery staffs are thoroughly unprofessional. They might give a couple of calls in 1 minute and if we are unable to attend the calls due to some reasons, then our delivery is gone. If we attempt to call back their number, we will be asked to provide a pin to get the call connected. Since we are not provided with a pin, we cant proceed further with the call. They wont reattempt a delivery and our consignment will be returned, even Medicines !!! What these people are doing? Not even worth a single star rating....Wondering why people are sending consignments with this worst and incorrigible Ecom Express ?

Very disappointing My courier was getting delayed for almost a month. And now they returned the courier to from address without even informing me. And my friend resent the courier using delhivery. And it delivered properly. Never ever trust this courier service, it is the most pathetic service I ever seen.
