It's service is not so good . It can not deliver your courier properly , and you should go to thier office . But A feedback of office workers is nice and I think it's average place for your courier service.

Absolutely poor service. As if there is no value of a person's time. And it is more expensive too. My parcel has not reached me even after 15 days. By tracking, it is known that the delivery is not done even after reaching the local office since many days. Either the company would not give salary to its employees on time or the employees of the company eat haram and keep resting after getting free salary.

Not responsive staff, my courier arrived a week ago but they did not make a delivery. I had to go and visit them to collect my courier. They won't even talk on phone properly, I tried giving them my tracking details but they would not even pay a heed to your Inquiry and ask you to visit their office so they don't have to deliver it to your place. And even after you visit their office, they won't reply to your inquiry. I had to quarrel before I could get my courier which was already lying in his premises but still the staff won't make an effort to find it. worst ever experience with a courier company. Will never get my stuff couriered using this company.
