My parcel reached my home... but the delivery guy didn't hand me over my parcel as there was a change in one number of my contact number in the parcel ... so I couldn't get my OTP... he assured me to sort it out and deliver me the next day... On next day he called me and said he couldn't deliver the parcel that day and would deliver next day.... so I waited for nearly 3-4 days... After that I called them and enquired about it... Then I came to know that my parcel has been returned to the seller... After making necessary changes in my contact number, the seller reshipped my order... and they delivered to me correctly... They do have a strict set of rules to be followed...Which is actually good in certain aspects... so that our valuables reach us...

Very worst courier ever. Not reliable. They are easy going. Delivery end approach is very worst. For me they returned my product without my consent. Having phone number, not even ready to call and enquire. Simply return if they dont know the address. This is the 4th time I'm hearing complaints on this courier service. Very poor service i had never seen these kind of irresponsible people i got a message that i will get my delivery by today means last week Wednesday my order not yet reached to me still. I contacted the branch near me they gave another number when i contacted that number he is given another number. Very irresponsible peoples working in ecom Express. I asked to delivery my order he is telling that come and get it in our branch. What kind of people are they? I should pay for delivery and i should go and get it in his branch. Im waiting for 10 days for the delivery. Worst and poor service. Im giving 1 star because it the minimum if there is 0 star option then i would go for that.

Delivery for 2 products was done(the courier guy demanded for ration card). The courier guy refused to give the product during the third delivery. It seems he needs ID proof. Does not make any sense. Piece of advice - keep sensible men for work.

I ordered 2 items from mi store and it goes under ecom express services on Jan 26 /2021 and itz been a 6 days and today is 1st feb 2021 ,Still I didn't get my orders. While I check my track order status it shows that item was redirected to the same place ie: nagercoil to Bangalore.. so hereafter guys plz don't order in Ecom Xpress. I really got disappointed by this service. No customer care number. No timekeeping.. No intimations .. I'm done with this service.
