Not even worth for single star. Without delivery to customer updating delivery successful. No proper response. worst customer service. when we call the delivery person, he is saying that am near to your place for delivery, wait outside for pickup. But no one has came delivery for more than half an hour.

I had a bad experience here. My important degree certificate was supposed to be delivered through this courier and after following up the delivery man kept my certificate with him and quit the job the certificate cover open. This happened during the covid 2 yrs ago . Today the same delivery man delivered another parcel and is still in job after 2 years. Can't trust this service. Very shady courier

Had a bad experience with DTDC courier. This is not specific about Kanchipuram branch. My friend has sent a fragile item from coimbatore to Kanchipuram. Parcel has reach me max on 2day. The parcel gas been routed to Chennai and then it will sent to Kanchipuram hub. But the package from Chennai has been sent to Vijayawada. It reached Vijayawada hub and then it was found to be wrong destination they sent back to Chennai. And then routed to Kanchipuram and delivered. This took additional 4 days from expected date of delivery. When I opened the parcel the item was fully damaged. I could not use the item anymore. This is the system they got. They don't have proper alert system in place if the pincode of the parcel the routing pincode doesn't fall in correct route they should have got warning. But it was identified only at the time delivery. This is ridiculous. They charge same cost for this transport like other courier service. It's better to go by profession or ST courier if the items to be sent within Tamilnadu. Or go by buledart or delhivery for all over India. You can even go by registered parcel service from post office that will be best and better service.

Brand Name didn't work..Agree with the negative comments of some of the users...Inordinate delay...wrong promise from booking end to customer service desk about delivery date..Rude behaviour at 24 hour help line. Could have used other courier at half cost..as well got it delivered well in time and got saved from damages...

Very worst service given by Dtdc Kancheepuram. My consignment reached their facility on Thursday at 11:50am, the useless and lazy guys working in that facility took two days of time to just deliver(delivered on Saturday) at the same Kancheepuram area. This particular facility should be punished in the consumer court. One day it will happen.
