Very Very Poor Service..👎👎 and Lack of Knowledge, he don’t know that my package already in his center. And he is blaming other DTDC people for to send to his location but why he accepted my package…🙄😂😂 One of the Worst Worst DTDC Service Centre's in Tenali area. (Gandhi Chowk Rd, Tenali, Andhra Pradesh 522201). 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 If you have time please please avoid this Centre especially, then you will save a lot of money and time..!! 😊😊 The Guy at counter is full of Money minded, No respect to customers at all and always Ignores and returns the “Morrispeta - Tenali” area packages to Guntur Branch, he only says I did return to DTDC Guntur Branch. In the past he already returned my package to Guntur Office. After so many calls to Guntur and Tenali DTDC offices it takes another 2 days to get my package. 🙄 Every time he says we don’t deliver to your area and then why he accepted my order from DTDC Guntur branch Today(Dec12)? (Package Receipt Attached) 👇👇 I roamed all three DTDC center's today and finally got package at this Centre. Before starting I called to him and he clearly says we don’t accepts your area packages, and moreover he says we don’t call to customers either that you have a package awaiting…🙄🙄 #DTDC people please look into this Centre fraudulent activities i.e., he can't t deliver the packages within in the Town that he already accepted from Guntur Branch.
