Very unprofessional branch for a company as such as TCI XPS. Not the first time either that our consignment is received at the warehouse and been kept there for over 10 days without any call to our company. Hiding behind the reason of COVID is just for the time being. They always say they don't have people for transporting our goods to our retail outlet in the city centre which is just 4 km away from their warehouse. And when we go to receive goods there, its always a time consuming task where in we have to start by helping them find our stuff.
