worst delivery service i ever seen. in my tracking order it shows my product is arriving today & out for delivery by ecom express but till now there is no phone call or anything from ecom express. if you don't wanna deliver the product today then why there is showing that 'arriving today & out for delivery'. also there is no contact number provided from ecom express. just worst experience ever.

I am not against ecomexprees service : but for which I am giving review . There service is one way: they didn’t attempt of returning products. But they will send message to your sellers that you have not received their call for product exchange.or return.

Worst Service by Ecom Express. Courier Delivery boy don't deliver the courier at the delivery address, they ask to come to their convenient place to collect the courier, if you don't collect from their convenient place, they simply returned the courier. Ultimaltely the customer is the sufferer. This is one of the most IRRESPONSIBLE courier service I've ever come through.

Truth is the delivery boy has no other parcel in my area so he didn't come here and the next day another delivery boy asking me to come to his place to collect my parcel if not the parcel may cancel and I can't blame the quirier for it.
