Poor service and part of the package is stolen and damaged items delivered. Their charges are hight and quality of service is poor. I have sent 10 packets of cashews where one packet is missing and remaining are completely broken and damaged. These people charging 60 rs per kg which is very costly in the market

Highly unprofessional and irresponsible. Not able to get a proper response from the head office. Definitely not a service provider to be depended on. Expect a delay if using DTDC. I had a consignment to be delivered from Bhopal to Pondicherry, the person I reached out to at the head office in the below mentioned office address at Pusucherry asked me to call and check at the Bhopal DTDC office which was illogical and funny.
