Worst experience! The front desk personnel and attendant staffs are having no professionalism ! At least they should know the basic manners of how to deal with a customer ! Shame on VRL for collaborating with the third class agency ... We were forced to take our consignment from the godown ! I was accompanied by one of my colleague ! If he wasn't there, then I would have been badly suffered ! The attendant was simply monitoring and he told its not his work ! Being Doctors we should maintain some dignity. So we didn't go for a tussle ! Its a reminder that, while dealing with elite class try to maintain some civility.

It was a worst experience when I visited there. They were not ready to give proper guidelines. After completing procedure even a single staff not helped for taking outside parcel from godown. They were forcing me to taking outside parcel myself. They are doing business. Not service. None of the vrl staff done like this before wherever I visited .

Hard to find the place as no visible marking available even though it's on the main road. Didn't understand why was charged miscellaneous charges and they didn't have the proper explanation of the same. A logistics partner must have everything and every kind of expenses calculated prior then why in the hand of customer this extra miscellaneous charges being charged at the time of delivery.
