Please don't use this courier service. they r not professionals. its the second time they r returning my parcel even without informing me. they will keep the item for three or four days in their office. and returning back to the sender. really disappointed!!!!!

Very bad service. An amazon parcel to Kalpetta was provided to them for delivery, they refused to connect the parcel to the service in Kalpetta and kept asking customer to come and collect it. Finally when that was refused, the order was cancelled. How can courier services deny home delivery, very unprofessional of them.
