The DHL office is located opposite to petrol pump in Pattom very near to St. Mary's School. It is very small office with parking facility for only two wheelers. The staff working here were very attentive and customer friendly. The payment can be done by cash as well as card. The procedure of registration was done very fast and the shipment was delivered the next day as informed by the staff. There was no delay while registering or for delivery. But the only issue you may is with parking if you are travelling by four wheeler. No space at all near by to park your vehicle.
