Very bad service, it took them 10 days for a 4 day courier also there is no customer service number you can approach to know your status. As far as you can avoid using this service.

Worst service they don't deliver the parcels everyday, visit the locations like garibi nagar/shanti nagar/ once in 4 days. They don't want to put a single effort in reading the address and locating, they'll call you up. In case you miss the call your package won't be delivered & they'll update as party not found. Most of the time they'll call you at different locations to collect your order. It took more than 10 days for my parcel which I had to collect from there shop at Anjurphata as they didn't deliver, it usually takes 2-3 days max with shree tirupati courier.

Worst service !! I received my parcel after 10 days and rats bite all over the parcel and they smartly hide the outer hole with tape so while delivering I won't be able to see that.
